A question about Kraftwerk (may be stupid)

Does anybody here think any of the Kraftwerk members are gay or bisexual?

They aren't despite some misleading things out there (ill get to that later)

Ralf apparently wants to get married, and I think he has a girlfriend (not
sure). One of his ex-girlfriends was the voice of an operator on "The
Telephone Call".
Florian's got a daughter with his current girlfriend. One of Florian's
ex-g/f's took the picture of him and Ralf on the 'Ralf und Florian' album.

As for the misleading things...

Wolfgang did pose nude for a gay magazine back in the 70's, but has said he
was not gay or bisexual...
Also, there are some pictures of Florian, Emil, and Wolfgang swimming on the
internet. The site says they are gay, but they aren't. They're just
misleading.

So, as far, as anyone publically knows...None of the werkers were gay or bi.

I thought that was Sandhya Whaley, Florian's uh, spousal unit, not
Ralf's.

!!

For what *this* is worth, one of the b&w photos from 1991 shows Henning
Schmitz wearing a ring on the 3rd finger of his left hand - do German men
wear wedding rings? (Heh, for future reference...)
Um, he doesn't seem to have it on on other photos.

Was Data from Star Trek gay? If someone looked like a Kraftwerl left-over it
surely was him, her, ...euh, it.

At least Data was 'fully functional', which can't be said about KW's robots

They are not gay, they were seriously into women back in the 70's. If you
read Wolfgang Flur's book he does reveal a few things..

Wath's the point in the question ? It doesn't matter. If i like their music
they could be from Mars, as far as i'm concern.
It's like questioning the VW Beetle just because it was made in Nazi
Germany.

what i wanted to state was that you should not judje the subject by it's
creator. that is, why should anyone care if they are gay ( witch i supose is
not true ) if their music stands as a must ?

An incestious necrophile as well! God blimey, what a family! 8-)))
Sorry, this is way out of Kraftwerk, I understand. So to get back to the
subject:
...maybe some people confuse Kraftwerk with other electronic (or exotic)
pioneers like Klaus Nomi or Walter aka Wendy Carlos. The bottom line if of
course: who gives a shit.

There is a tendency among Americans to consider all electronic music gay,
because it was/is played mainly at gay clubs, while the rest of america
still muddled around in AOR (or worse: country). House music was considered
gay music in the US, and i've come around numerous americans who can't
believe a band like depeche mode consists of happily married fathers.

I've never fully understand the American consensus that poodle-haired
rockers in tight latex bodysuits are the peak of hetero-machismo, while
anyone who dears to lay a finger on a synth is without a doubt an aberation.

I seem to recall that the posing of the robots was something done by
Wolfgang in a satirical moment. Notice that *his* robot isn't in the
picture.

I saw that on the Brazilian version of the Kraftwerk website. Looks
like Wolfgang has gone mad and it may be his way of telling them to
fuck off. Anyway, I found that picture hilarious.

It's at http://kraftwerk.technopop.com.br/pictures_80years.php. Near the
bottom (in the centre, next to bottom).

Warning : if you're on a slow connection, the page takes ages to load.
